This Learn-Play-Shop will provide the tools and practical experience to renew, rewire, refire your brain and body networks to calm down, centre, reconnect. It will include relaxation training, information on food, sensible supplements and herbal remedies to support heart, brain & nervous system, as well as easy, fun exercises with music, and an easy creative activity to open up dormant neuro-networks.
