How the De Vette Mossel Hermanus Set Menu Works
How does the De Vette Mossel menu work?
It’s easy, we serve a set menu in a rolling buffet style, and you can eat as much as you like!
You’ll be welcomed with a house drink or organic iced tea, then treated to warm potbread with farm butter and jam.
From there, the feast kicks off:
• Mussels
• Snoek with sweet potatoes
• Seafood and meat potjie
• Fruit, koeksisters and farm-style coffee
Don’t fill up too fast - there’s plenty more coming!
Want a little extra? Order calamari steak, kreef (lobster), abalone, or the catch of the day separately.
