Our ever-popular silent retreat is back this August! Get quiet and experience the deep rest that silence offers, while releasing stress, cultivating peace and opening yourself up to receive the insights that this level of self reflection time provides.
From this place of stillness, take in the sounds of nature in our eco-spiritual sanctuary, while moving through an optional daily schedule of meditation, yoga flow, breathwork, guided silent nature walks, evening restorative yoga, soul-nourishing mindful meals and plenty of free time for rest, renewal and reflection.
Our silent retreats are gently guided by experienced facilitators, yet with the freedom to intuitively explore the landscape, both within and without. We take the silence very seriously, yet all activities on the schedule are optional to join. This flexibility is what sets our silent retreats apart and what keep people coming back again and again.
