If you worry, you live it twice!

Worry is something that keeps your mind busy, your body exhausted, and your actions limited.

When we worry, doubt, or fear, we keep ourselves busy fighting off the imaginary lion at the door. We prepare for possible stumbling blocks that have not even appeared or might never appear. This has a physical price. We talk ourselves out of our most rewarding goals.

When you find yourself in moments of worry, physically turn around, and start listing what you already have to support you. Never forget the things that money cannot buy - your health, your creativity, your drive, and family or friend support. You have far more than you realize.

It is a choice we must make every day, sometimes moment by moment: do I fall into despair or do I keep the focus on my goal?

What do you already "own" that will assist you towards your goal?

If you worry, you live it twice!
