Office Closure Dates: We will be closed from Friday, 19 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
Support Hours
In-Office Support: Monday - Friday l 08:30 - 12:30
Out-of-Office Support: Monday - Sunday l 08:30 - 16:30
Public Holidays
December 25, 26 and January 1 - Closed (except for business client escalations)
For non-urgent inquiries, please log a ticket by emailing us. Rest assured, our technicians will continue to monitor our network throughout the festive season to address any urgent issues promptly.
January 2026 Billing Information
* January invoices will be sent on 16 December 2025
* Debit orders will run on 2 January 2026
* January due dates are extended to Monday, 12 January 2026
* In-office card payments available Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 12:30
