Fynbos Community Prayer Evening

This Friday evening, a prayer vigil will be held and open to all, inside a marquee on the Market Square from 7pm to 7am on Saturday morning to pray for the success of the Hopeland Project, an after-care facility for 80-100 learners. Tea and coffee will be served at the start of each hourly session (you can come for as long or as short a time as you like) and a computer presentation will be shown. Hopeland Auction
Village Green
The Fynbos Community Foundation is planning an auction on Saturday morning 8 November in order to raise the R600 000 still needed for their Hopeland Project. The aim of the project is to develop a facility where much needed after care services can be provided for at least 80 to 100 learners (from grade R to 7) from the Hopland (RDP –housing) area on the outskirts of Stanford. There will be lots on auction: vehicles, furniture, and lots of interesting items. Come and find a bargain!
