Our garden has turned into a "sammajoor", at every turn there is something to harvest. So yesterday we pulled out the big preserving pots and made a whole lot of curried green beans. We also made a big pot of beetroot chutney with the sweet beetroot that Peter Thomas is harvesting at Walshacres. This weekend we have some of the preserves for sale in our deli section as well as some freshly-picked green beans. We are open from 12h00 until 16h00 Thursday to Sunday.
