Stanford Penguin Plunge 2026

Get ready for a day of icy fun, laughter, dress-ups, and community spirit at the Rotary Club of Stanford Penguin Plunge!
When: Saturday, 20 June 2026
Where: Riverbank between King and Quick Streets
Time: 11h30 - The Plunge happens at NOON!
Entry: Bring a generous donation
Not brave enough to plunge into the Klein River? No problem! Be a Chicken and cheer the Penguins on from the bank.
Funds raised will go towards our Soup Kitchens supporting the elderly and vulnerable children in our community.
What to expect:
- Delicious homemade soups
- Fresh bread
- Glühwein for the Penguins
- Hot chocolate for the kids
- A fun Photo Booth to capture the memories
- Dress up and join in the festivities!
Cash and card payments accepted.
Pre-payments may be made before the event, simply bring your proof of payment on the day.
