This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect to your inner truth by uncovering and dissolving the layers of conditioning, using the breath as your medicine to bring us back into the beauty of oneness versus the illusion of separateness.
Conscious Breathwork is a breathing technique that induces an altered state of consciousness, activating the body's inner healing intelligence, expanding awareness and relieving physical tension and stress in the body, as well as clearing past trauma and releasing unprocessed emotions.
Breathwork cleanses the body, is powerfully insightful, unblocks stuck energy and rebalances your being on all levels, creating positive shifts that you will carry with you well beyond the weekend.

Nathan Maingard
Nathan Maingard inspires down-to-earth seekers to be their authentic selves so that we can feel, heal, and grow a beautiful world together. He is a certified breathwork instructor, modern troubadour (empowering songs and stories), Podcast Host and ILS pro authenticity coach. Combining these powerful modalities, Nathan supports his clients in experiencing positive transformation, narrative empowerment and consistent action to integrate.
Olivia Moon
Olivia is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Conscious Breathwork facilitator and Resident Yoga teacher at Bodhi Khaya Nature Retreat. She is committed to helping others step into their fullest potential, connect to their purpose, break through self-limiting beliefs and align with their highest self. Olivia believes that our breath is our connection to the universe, it is the bridge between the spiritual and physical. When we cross this bridge using the breath, we are able to access our true essence, waiting to be expressed.
