Join us for a weekend of hearty vegetarian home cooking, straight from the Bodhi Khaya kitchen. Learn tips, tricks and recipes that will inspire you to make healthy plant-based dishes part of your cooking repertoire. Our kitchen team will guide you through a variety of beginner friendly techniques, with a focus on gut-healing ferments, gluten-free bread, pestos and sauces made from veggies and medicinal herbs from our gardens.
The retreat will include cooking demos, hands-on cooking classes, food-based talks, as well as take-home goodies to stock your cupboards with delicious, healthy and nutrient dense staples.
In addition to cooking, enjoy guided nature walks, daily yoga and meditation, as well as plenty of time to relax, rest and recharge.
