When you know your true self, you become comfortable with both your abilities and limitations. You stand in self-confidence and self-acceptance. From this place, the fear of loss diminishes because you realise:

• You are not defined by what you hold on to.
• Your worth is not measured by others’ approval.
• You have everything within to thrive, even in change.
