EFT Payments
Please pay the correct amount into the Overstrand Municipality primary bank account and use the relevant car registration number as a reference and add GB (if you are collecting the discs from Gansbaai) or KMD (if you are collecting the discs from Kleinmond). This will make it easier for staff members to allocate the printed disc to the correct town.
It is important that the correct details (and reference number) are entered when making EFT payments in order to ensure a speedy transaction.
Proof of payment is required when collecting the licence disc. If the disc is to be collected by persons other than the owner, a letter of authorisation stating the registration number and the authorisation of the person (full names as on ID) doing the collection is required as well as a certified copy of the licencee’s ID and the ID of the person doing the collection.
