Rates Halls & Pay Point Offices Reopen For Account Payments

All rates halls and pay point offices in Hermanus, Gansbaai, Stanford and Kleinmond are once again open to the public for payment of municipal accounts and pre-paid electricity. Strict social distancing measures will apply and remember your face mask.

The operating hours during the Covid-19 lockdown will be as follows:

- HERMANUS ADMINISTRATION: Mondays to Fridays: 08:30 - 15:30

- GANSBAAI-STANFORD ADMINISTRATION:  Mondays to Fridays: 08:00 - 15:30 with a lunch break between 13:00 – 13:45

- HANGKLIP-KLEINMOND ADMINISTRATION:  Mondays to Fridays: 08:00 - 15:30 with a lunch break between 13:00 – 13:45

While this means residents can once again pay their accounts at the cashiers, we would like to encourage those who can, to make use of the online options instead.
