Most of the libraries in the Western Cape intend to open their libraries at the end of August or early September.

Overstrand Municipality will re-asses the library situation at the end of 31 July 2020. As soon as an opening date has been confirmed, the municipality will inform residents.

The public can continue to drop their books and other library materials (sealed in bags with their membership detail) in bins/ boxes placed at entrances to respective libraries.
