The Gansbaai Administration's rates hall will not be open today, 2 July 2021, until further notice, due to staff shortages and illness.

Contact the finance department in Hermanus for any account queries on 028 313 8000.

Unfortunately, no payments of municipal accounts and pre-paid electricity can be made. Ratepayers are encouraged to make use of the online payment options instead, wherever possible.

Accounts can be paid via Pay@ and Easy Pay systems and online banking/EFT and at various third party agents such as Pick 'n Pay, Checkers and Spar as well as garages (Engen), etc.
