You are the most important factor in any scenario of your life

Be your own best friend today. Be kind. Be understanding. Take yourself for tea/coffee. Take time to read. Take time to connect with your true self.

No matter if you are a parent, or a child caring for elderly parents. A supportive spouse. A stressed entrepreneur. You are the most important factor in any scenario of your life.

Your core is the fountain you drink and pour from. Maintain the fountain. Be protective of the fountain. And always, always remember to be kind to yourself.

When guilt sets in, know that it is only a belief(s) you are working from. Guilt makes it easy to manipulate you. Guilt eventually builds resentment.

How will you be loving yourself today? Share your self-love actions with us.
