A Peek into the Junior Class

A Peek into the Junior Class

Pikkewyntjies / Penguinkidz Pre-School

A lot of care and nurturing goes into encouraging hygienic habits in the little ones like hand washing before meals and teeth brushing before the afternoon nap. A lot of love goes into developing each young child's ability and growing their confidence to try new things. Not all of them are cherished by their parents at home. At Pikkewyntjies when one walks into the bright and colourful junior classroom one feels the warm, happy environment. Every child matters here and knows it.

The photos I am attaching were taken at different times. The dear child in the first one seems to be saying, "Is dit reg, Tannie Christen?"

Then we have one showing the kind of fierce concentration the children show when at work, young as they are.

Next is a photo that takes us all back to our early school days and our wrestles with spelling or sums. Just as we did, she'll figure it out especially as she has kind teachers to help her but oh dear, what a puzzle it is at first.

Finally a shot of Puzzle Time, always very popular with everyone in the school.
