Come enjoy a special Nia introduction class with Susan Sloan, trainer and black belt instructor, founder of dedicated Nia Studio in JHB, and Studio Kairos (est. 2003) on 14 April 2023 at PROactive Fitness Hermanus! Supported by Jeannette Hogg, resident Nia teacher in Hermanus.
Nia is a fusion of fitness types that combines dance, martial arts, and mindful movement. The holistic movement classes are so much more than just a cardio workout. Nia is a type of somatic movement therapy that incorporates all aspects of mind, body, and soul.
