Exciting news! The Blue Bulls rugby team will be in Hermanus this week!

The rugby team will be training twice at PROactive Fitness Hermanus on Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:30.

The front of house at PROactive Fitness will make certain that only our legitimate members and our biokineticist patients are allowed entry during these times.

It’s an honour to occasionally host and witness international athletes of this caliber training right here at PROactive Fitness Hermanus!
