We're thrilled to introduce Rick Bothma, who will be joining us soon to present Classical Ninjutsu classes! 

In these dynamic sessions, you'll have the opportunity to study ancient ninja techniques and strategies to deal with:

• Grappling, Throwing, Choking, and Joint Locking
• Striking, Kicking, and Punching
• Stick, Blade, Cord, and Projectile Weapons
• Successfully Handling Multiple Assailants and Surprise Attacks
• Overcoming Psychological Intimidation or Bullying for Survival in Hostile Environments

Classes are open for participants aged 16 and up and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 17:30 to 18:30.
