PROactive Fitness Hermanus is proud to be the first gym in RSA to assemble and launch TWO brand-new StepR TreadSleds!
WARNING: This is NOT your ordinary curved treadmill!
The StepR TreadSled features two powerful modes:
• Free Run Mode
• Sled Push Mode
IMPORTANT:
• Do NOT engage the Free Run or Sled Push lever while the machine is in motion
• Switching modes while moving will damage the advanced engagement mechanism
Please take note of the NB guidelines clearly displayed in front of the machines.
Even better, ask one of our on-duty gym instructors to show you exactly how it works.
You can:
• Run freely like a curved treadmill
• OR push hard in sled mode
But you cannot do both at the same time while moving.
