“Affinity Fitness” Classes
Exciting news! Well-known local coach Jurie-Jan Swart along with his many loyal clients moved his specialized training gear into our Arena space yesterday, 16 June 2022!
Jurie-Jan will be offering “Affinity Fitness” classes.
“Affinity Fitness” is a full-on functional training facility combining high-intensity cardiovascular endurance with gymnastics and weight lifting techniques to give you an all-round, well-balanced level of fitness. Jurie’s classes focus on moving safely and working hard and he says that the results of this unique style of training will speak for themselves!
Please note that there will be separate membership fees payable at reception.
