Functional fitness training focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination, strength, endurance, flexibility, power, stamina, speed, agility, balance, stability, and more.

• Intro Classes: Tuesday (08:00 - 09:00) and Thursday (08:00 - 09:00)

• Intermediate Classes: Monday (17:30 - 18:30) and Wednesday (17:30 - 18:30)

• Cost: R60 (Gym Members) and R80 (Non Members)
