Do The Best You Can

Remember at all times our intention is to do and be the best we can. There are very few people who deliberately go out to harm themselves. And when we do what is in our best interest - self-respect, love, peace, joy, etc. - we will be compassionate and loving to others.

Forgive yourself. We cannot remember the exact circumstances when we acted in the past. Acknowledge that it happened and appreciate that you learned and grew emotionally from that event.

Changed behaviour is the way to show responsibility. Not only to others, but also to yourself. Changed behaviour results from a change within.

Grow personally and affect globally.
