Farewell and Best Wishes to Karlie Hadingham
It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to Karlie Hadingham, the dedicated owner and operator of Revive Active Recovery Centre @ PROactive Fitness. While we are sad to see her go, we are also incredibly excited for her as she embarks on a new journey in Cape Town, an opportunity she simply couldn’t turn down!
Karlie, working with you over the past few years has been an absolute privilege. Your professionalism, strong work ethic, and world-class service have not only enriched our team but also positively impacted the lives of so many clients. You will truly be missed! We wish you all the success and happiness as you take this next step and open your new practice at the end of February.

"To my dear friends and loyal clients, it is with both sadness and joy that I inform you of the relocation of Revive Active Recovery Centre from Hermanus to Constantia, Cape Town from 1 March 2025. I have been offered a wonderful opportunity to offer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at a facility focused on longevity, wellness, and the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer’s and dementia.
