New Alphastate Mats and Strength Machines for 2025
Get ready to train on brand new equipment!
300 m² of Alphastate mats are being installed this Thursday and Friday. Our team will carefully move all our heavy machines to lay the new high-density mats safely. Please be patient while we work, it’ll be worth it!
11 new Alphastate Nemesis strength machines are arriving and will be ready by the end of October. These include:

• Standing Calf Raise
• Dual Function Shoulder and Chest Press
• Dual Function Pec Fly and Rear Delts
• Olympic Incline Bench
• Mid Row
• Glute Max Trainer
• Converging Chest Press
• Lower Back ‘Hyper Extension’ Bench
• Dual Function Hip Abductor and Adductor
With these additions, Proactive Fitness will have 16 new selectorised resistance machines plus a full range of new dumbbells, barbells, and storage racks in 2025.
