PROactive Fitness Weightloss Challenge Results!
Congratulations to our 24 brave Weightloss Challenge entrants who, in just one intense month, lost a combined 120kgs! That number is absolutely incredible when you think about it, well done to each and every one of you.
This challenge is proudly driven by our in-house Personal Trainer, Denise Kotzé, and our entrants couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance and motivation.
As always, there can only be one male and one female winner:
Ladies Winner:
Chené Labuschagne - losing 8.9kg (9.07%) and taking the title for the second year in a row!
Right behind her was her sister Vizchelle, just 0.27% behind. Both sisters are backed by their supportive parents and trained by their dedicated PT, Daniel Bishop, who deserves a huge round of applause!
Men’s Winner:
Ben van Heerden - dropping an incredible 17.3kg (10.55%) in only one month!
Ben is also trained by Daniel Bishop, and we hope to grab a team photo once he’s back at PROactive Fitness.
To EVERYONE who took part, well done! This is a life-changing challenge, and your hard work truly shows. Keep going, stay focused, and the results will keep coming.
