Connecting to your Creative Core Art Workshop | Saturday, 5th October 2019 @ 10 am - 1 pm
This is a facilitated creative workshop with a bit of intellectual dialogue and a lot of creative expressions. It involves very gentle soul work and is designed with tools for you to get to know yourself on a deeper level while you create from the heart space.
It helps to build character and confidence in everyday life, it heals, it softens, it shows you how to find your way in a crazy world of polarity. It encourages you to explore with a very large variety of fun materials that you may never have thought of creating with before and it challenges you to let go of ego-based work and end result perfection so that you can work at the moment with the wisdom to reconnect with your Creative Core.
This workshop will guide you to a space where you feel comfortable within yourself to set your creativity free so that it can flow with ease. Gillian Hahn has a room filled with materials for you to create with.

Cost: R300 per person (booking is essential). All equipment is supplied, all you need to bring is your work apron.
