Please note the following positive changes to our temporary studio timetable:
• Due to popular demand I have added a Friday 1:15 pm Begin to Spin (RealRyder) class which Alex will teach from now onwards.
Furthermore, if you teach any studio classes please ensure that you and your students strictly and continuously adhere to ALL of our safety protocols including:
• Temperature testing and signing the attendance register and questionnaire at reception.
• No mask = no entry!
• No towel = no entry!
• Please wipe down all equipment used during your class with paper towels and disinfectant spray provided.
As health and fitness professionals we are ALL morally and duty-bound to follow the above-mentioned safety protocols as we cannot allow anyone or anything to jeopardize the health and safety of any of our precious staff or any of our amazing clients to be compromised by ignorance, stupidity or by human arrogance. Now more so than ever before we need to use our own common sense and wisdom to dictate the future of our business and we cannot afford to sit on our laurels nor be complacent about the spread of infection! If we all look carefully at what’s happening in Europe and in the USA and especially what’s happening on our doorstep in the Western Cape the statistics will speak for themselves.
