Every Wednesday: Pop Up Summer Vinyasa Yoga Classes in the Arena
Emma Dainton is no stranger to any of us in Hermanus, as she has been teaching and training at Proactive for years and she has recently started teaching Vinyasa Yoga inside the Arena on Wednesdays at 09:15.
Emma says she teaches “a form of vinyasa flow entailing authentic, functional movements and it’s anatomy based where we strengthen, stretch and tone from the inside out, combining lymph, balance, breathe and poses together to help energise our mind and our bodies”.
Emma also says that she teaches to all levels, and she choreographs each class whilst using yoga-specific props, she also plays super cool tunes and all she asks is that you bring your beautiful smile and your positive attitude to her classes!
