TANKER SERVICE REQUEST IN GREATER HERMANUS - expected delays

Our Operational Services Department is experiencing high call volumes from residents requesting tanker services.

These services are placed under tremendous strain after the rain and it is taking extra time to attend to all households.

We have hired additional tankers to assist with clearing the backlog to ensure that all requests are attended to as soon as possible.

To request a tanker service, phone Hermanus Administration on 028 313 5051 / 028 313 8997 / 028 313 8090 or after-hours phone Overstrand Control Room on 028 313 8111.
