NOTICE: Duplicate Service Fees on Municipal Accounts

Overstrand Municipality is in the process of sending out municipal accounts today, 3 November 2025.

Due to a technical problem, the service fees for water, electricity, sewer, and refuse on all accounts were duplicated. Please note that a credit adjustment has already been processed and is reflected as a “Journal - Reversal” entry on each account.

The Municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates residents’ understanding while the issue is being resolved.
