Exfoliation 101: How to do it right for your skin type.

Exfoliating is key to healthy, glowing skin, but how you do it should depend on your skin’s particular needs:

• Sensitive Skin: Use a gentle enzyme exfoliator once a week.
Dry and Dehydrated Skin: Exfoliate 1–2x weekly to remove buildup and improve product absorption.
 Follow with rich hydration.
Problematic/Acne-Prone Skin: Opt for 2–3x weekly exfoliation to keep pores clear and reduce breakouts.
Mature Skin: 1–2x a week to support cell renewal and improve texture.
Premature Ageing Skin: Incorporate exfoliation 2x a week to smooth fine lines and boost radiance.
• Hyperpigmented Skin: 2–3x weekly to help fade uneven tone and encourage even skin turnover.
