What better way to celebrate International HR Day than by empowering the next generation of professionals? This year's theme "HR shaping the New Future", highlights the vital role HR plays in navigating the dynamic world of work.
Today, I had the pleasure of meeting two inspiring young ladies who recently graduated from Grade 12. With the support of Rene Muller from Neo Life, a fantastic non-profit organization, these young women have been equipped with essential computer and soft skills. During our session, we focused on informal interview training, identifying areas for further practice and growth.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Neo Life for their invaluable work at Hawston High School. Their dedication to empowering youth with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce is truly commendable. Together, we are shaping the future, one step at a time.
