Project Update: Chanteclair House

We’re excited to share the latest progress on the Chanteclair House project in Hermanus, Western Cape!

Ground Floor: The foundation has been poured, and the first walls are standing tall. These walls have already received their initial plaster coats, offering a glimpse of the beautiful spaces taking shape.

First Floor: Steel reinforcement is being prepared, and shuttering will soon begin as we gear up to pour the first-floor slab.

It’s incredible to see this home steadily coming to life. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue this exciting journey!
