With competitors travelling from the Garden Route and Cape Peninsula, this event is shaping up to be next level.
Led by in-house strength coach Johan Kruger, the Western Cape coordinator for the sport, this growing discipline now boasts all 9 provinces affiliated to the SA Strict Arm Curl Federation, and 36 international federations worldwide.

This sport is fun, safe, and accessible; lifters compete in their own age and weight categories, making it competitive for everyone.
