Pump and Shape Class
16 energetic women participated in Debbie’s 08:00 am Pump and Shape Class. Please note the ‘synchronised’ ponytail movement, evidently all part of the choreography. Well done ladies we love your positive spirit, energy and enthusiasm, it’s very contagious but in a healthy way!
