Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled showdown as more than 20 local strength athletes clash in 4 different categories namely Men Masters (over 60), Women Open, Men Novice & Men Open.
There will also be the following strength events:
• Bench Press for max reps
• Sled Pull for distance
Witness the epic battle as the reigning Push/Pull champion, Nic Lotter defends his title! Expect nothing short of excitement and intensity as our local heroes go head-to-head against powerlifters and athletes from Bredasdorp and beyond in the Overberg.
With perfect weather on the horizon, let's come together this Saturday to support our legendary local strength event organiser, Johan Kruger, and cheer on all the brave athletes as they vie for victory! See you there!
