Jackie, our experienced in-house Pilates coach, has designed a gentler, safer, and more stable way to enjoy the benefits of Pilates.

When: Mondays and Thursdays
Time: 11:30 AM
Cost: R150 per person, per class

Perfect for absolute beginners, anyone recovering from injury or illness, and all ages!
