GREAT NEWS! Chair Pilates at PROactive Fitness is starting again!

This slow, stable, gentle and safe form of Pilates is ideal for:

• Absolute beginners

• Older members

• Anyone with a medical condition who finds standing exercise difficult

Classes are done using a chair, making it comfortable and supportive while still improving strength, mobility and balance.

Limited chairs available, be sure to book your spot with Jackie to avoid disappointment.
