Yesterday we installed the first 7 functional training rigs in Schalk’s 300 s/m Arena and I went to Cape Town to collect all of his kit.
Schalk doing quality control like only he can do and making 100% certain that not even his tall head can come close to hitting the ceiling or the roof trusses in his arena. A significant moment captured on camera yesterday for one man whose business vision for functional and combative defense training matches mine but whose skill set, and experience is second to none in this domain and in terms of delivering specialized coaching for the many clients who we expect to start joining the arena soon! 7 x solid, customised and locally manufactured functional training rigs fully installed and waiting for our clients to use under Schalk’s expert coaching guidance inside the arena at the end of March.
One of 7 x 2 m tall, 70kg custom-made punch bags which I collected yesterday for Schalk to test out today. Our steel fixers are fabricating the 7 sturdy brackets that will also be installed in the arena early next week to hold these massive punch bags.
