Trip Summary:
Today was slightly overcast and there were some showers in the bay however, this certainly did not stop the beautiful Bronze Whaler sharks from putting on a show for our divers and guests on board! The sharks came quickly today and stuck around for the duration of our trips. On trip number one we were incredibly fortunate to cross paths with a pod of the endangered Indian Ocean Humpback dolphins while returning to Kleinbaai Harbour which was a very welcome surprise. Our luck continued on trip number two as a Broadnose Sevengill shark came up to check out our divers in the cage and a cheeky Cape Fur seal entertained everyone on board with its antics! On this second trip, our divers and non-divers had the incredible good fortune to get a close-up view of a beautiful Sevengill shark. It stayed for almost the entire trip, around the cage, coming very close to the divers in the water. To end on a high note, a very large short-tail stingray arrived and its size left everyone speechless! What a beautiful day guys, it was a pleasure to share it all with you!
