Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tailed stingray + Cape fur seal
Summary: Another day filled with Bronze whaler sharks and thrilled divers. Welcoming our guests aboard our Shark cage diving vessel Slashfin, we left Kleinbaai Harbour behind us and headed straight to our dive side within the Shallows. Two individuals decided to arrive quickly while others took their time. Out of a sudden several Bronze whaler sharks arrived and stayed for the rest and majority of the trip. While the sharks were super interested in the cage a Cape fur seal was mingling in between the individuals. Two Short-tailed stingrays made an appearance half way through the trip and to say the least they are a highlight each time! Thanks to our divers for joining our Shark cage diving adventures and bringing so much joy onto our boats!
