Location: Joubertsdam
Water Temp: High
Visibility: Moderate
Sightings: Bronze Whaler Sharks, Cape Fur Seals + African Penguins
Things weren't looking so good for the first half of the trip but that was before we spotted a dorsal fin in the distance.
Celebrating their 10th Anniversary with some shark cage diving.
There she is! A female Bronze Whaler shark, the first sighting of this species in close to 4 weeks now.
These brave sisters took to the cage for a second turn, this time one without her wetsuit!
Whilst she was shy and did not approach closely, she was seen on and off for the remainder of the trip.
Before heading back to land we visited Shark Alley and took a closer look at the Cape Fur seal inhabitants of Geyser Rock.
Our guests seemed quite taken aback by all the pups that are currently on the Island.
Back on land! We hope all our guests enjoyed their time out on sea with the Marine Dynamics team.
