Ingredients:
• 1 loaf Round Bread (any bread will do)
• 1 stick Salted Butter, melted
• 6 cloves Garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
• 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
• 1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
• 1 bunch Chives, finely chopped
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190 °C.
2. Cut bread in the following way: use a knife and crosshatch the bread (cutting diagonally in each direction), making sure not to slice the bread all the way through.
3. Once bread is sliced, place it on a foil-lined baking sheet.
4. Then, melt salted butter in a small bowl, and mix it together with the chopped garlic and parsley.
5. Brush the butter all over the bread, being sure to get inside all the crosshatches.
6. Stuff the crosshatches of the bread with cheddar and mozzarella.
7. The more cheese, the merrier, so feel free to use additional cheese, if desired!
8. Use a sheet of foil to cover the bread completely.
9. Bake your loaf for 15 - 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5 - 10 more minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the bread is golden.
10. Top with chives and parmesan cheese.
11. Serve and enjoy!
