The Navigator: This flagship red honours Prince Henry the Navigator. It’s a complex blend of Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Viognier, perfect with our Ostrich Fillet in Red Wine Mushroom Sauce and buttery baby potatoes.

Strandveld Syrah: Bold and intense, this Syrah brings blackberries, white pepper, and a hint of fynbos, balanced by rich oak. Try it with our Lamb Burger with Beetroot Relish or Braised Beef Short Rib.

First Sighting Sauvignon Blanc: This lively, easy-drinking Sauvignon Blanc bursts with citrus, tropical fruits, and a touch of buchu herb. It’s fantastic with our Grilled Line Fish and Deep-Fried Calamari.
