Halfway into March 2021
During the first 2 weeks of March Synergy Market introduced a new product on their shelves, fridges and freezers. Business hours remained fixed and firm for this period and will for the rest of March. Please submit all online orders before 12h00 on Thursdays in order to provide Synergy Market some time to secure all the items on your order as far as possible. For this week Synergy Market has added 2 new and exciting range of products to the online orders system.
Synergy Market's business hours remains as follows:
• Mondays - Closed
• Tuesdays - 13h00 to 17h00
• Wednesdays - 13h00 to 17h00
• Thursdays - 13h00 to 17h00
• Fridays - 13h00 to 17h00
• Saturdays - 08h00 to 13h30
• Sundays - 09h30 to 12h00
Also please note that in future all On-Line orders will open on Mondays at 12h00 and close on Thursdays at 12h00.
Bakery Products
All bakery products such as the Sourdough bread, Ciabatta, Panini, Buttered Croissants and Chocolate au Pain will only be available after 10h00 on Saturdays. To secure your bakery items, please remember to place your order online for those items and only come after 10am to collect your order from the Market.

Cakes
Synergy Market is now selling freshly baked cakes only via online order. Please make sure that your order for cakes are in as soon as possible but no later than 12h00 on Thursdays to allow the Baker enough time to have ready for you the most perfect cake on Saturday morning. Also should you have a special request, use the message system on the site to provide us with more details on what you specifically request.

Elgin Frozen Free Range Chicken
Synergy Market included and made available the well known Elgin Free Range Chicken products to the Gansbaai Community.
Products on offer include: Breakfast Chipolatas, Burger Patties, Meatballs, Drum & Thighs, Skinless Breast Fillets, Cocktail Wings, Butterfly Birds and Whole Birds. Orders can be placed for any of these products from online shop.
