Visit the small town of Stanford, for a wine dinner hosted by a local restaurant, Oliilo Coco, in partnership with Lomond Wine Estate.
Lomond's winemaker, Hannes Meyer, will be entertaining guests with a wine and food pairing evening of note!
For R350 per person, guests will be treated to a number of exquisite wines as well as a scrumptious 3-course meal.
Oliilo Coco's chef will be preparing bone marrow on toasted ciabatta, as a starter.
For mains guests will have the option of choosing between:
Roasted lemon and herb chicken with pancetta OR pork porchetta.
Both served with green beans with bacon and garlic, sweet potato mash and roasted butternut.
For dessert, they'll be dishing out baked orange and almond pudding with custard.
