Voelklip Beach Overview:
Voelklip Beach offers less sandy beach area than most Hermanus beaches but it does have grassy verges that provide an almost sand-free sunbathing opportunity.
The beach area is largely determined by the tides. At low tide, you can walk around the rocks to the neighbouring Kammabaai Beach, while at high tide, most of the sandy beach stretch lies underwater.
