Beauty After the Storm
Despite the recent difficult and stormy weather in the Western Cape, Grootbos Foundation has selected some stories of hope, beauty, curiosity and progress to make you feel good. Our hearts go out to all those who are still struggling to rebuild their homes, businesses and access routes in the region. The strength of the storm was destructive and caused devastation and disruption but there are pockets of beauty remaining.

This is a zebra agate snail, which is a giant snail often seen after rains in the coastal areas near Kleinbaai/Franskraal.
